About Me

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and graduated with a Master’s in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco in 2018. I completed the Psychedelic Therapies and Research certificate program through the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2023. I am currently enrolled in the San Francisco Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program to deepen my psychotherapy skillset.

I primarily work with adults and have experience treating individuals with anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and ADHD. I provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and prescribe psychiatric medications. I also provide psychotherapy services as well. My approach draws upon various modalities, including mindfulness, somatic practices, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am currently facilitating ketamine assisted psychotherapy sessions as well.

I fully believe that each of us has our own intrinsic capacity for healing and I am here to support you along your journey in connecting with this part of yourself. I am here to listen to your story with curiosity and an open mind and together, we can collaborate on a treatment plan that feels most aligned with your needs. I am a firm believer that the mind, body, and spirit are inextricably intertwined. Thus, my approach will include a focus on how to optimize your physical, mental, and spiritual wellness, in addition to discussing how western pharmacology can support that.
