About Me

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Master's in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco, where I also gained valuable clinical experience at UCSF's Langley Porter Psychiatric Hospital and Clinic in San Francisco. I hold an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Dartmouth College. My specialized training includes having completed the Psychedelic Therapies and Research certificate program through the California Institute of Integral Studies (2023), as well as coursework with the San Francisco Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program and foundational training in energy medicine at the Academy of Intuition Medicine. I am engaged in ongoing work with a psychoanalytic supervisor to continuously deepen my psychotherapy skillset.

I work with adults providing psychiatric assessments, medication management, psychotherapy, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. My experience includes supporting clients who are managing burnout and perfectionism, emotional and nervous system dysregulation, and individuals navigating cultural identity conflicts (particularly Asian Americans).

I thoughtfully blend medication management with psychotherapy and integrative wellness practices. My approach draws from multiple modalities: psychodynamic and psychoanalytic perspectives, cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and meditation, somatic and mind-body practices, and energy medicine.

I am deeply passionate about helping my patients disentangle themselves from deeply internalized narratives that keep them stuck while also supporting their growth towards more conscious self-knowing, self-empowerment, agency, and sustainable transformation. I listen with curiosity and collaborate on treatment plans that align with your needs, optimize wellness, and integrate conventional medication when beneficial.
